I Was There

I found this album on Amazon today. Last of the Breed was on tour last year, with Willie Nelson, Merle Haggard, Ray Price, and they were backed up by Asleep at the Wheel. I was lucky to score great seats, 4 rows from the stage.

I did not know that they were recording a live album from that tour although it seems that all the live shows are recorded by someone. It was a great show – some of the songs were classics and I felt it was a special night to see these old timers singing together.
